Stir It Up Spicy Potatoes
Spicy Potatoes & Peas
2 tablespoons of Golden Fry.
800grams potatoes peeled and cut into cubes.
1 tablespoon Mustard Seed Powder.
1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder.
2 tablespoons of Garam Masala.
140g boiled Green Peas.
Cover the potatoes in cold salted water, then bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes until just tender. Drain and allow to steam dry for a few minutes.
Heat the Golden Fry in a pan and fry the spices for 1 minute until fragrant. Tip in the potatoes and toss well so they are coated in the spices.
Gently fry for 5 minutes until slightly golden, then add peas. Mix well and fry for 3-4 more minutes. Season well before serving
